The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Warner Robins will acquire the following replenishment spare parts: Solid State Cockpit Voice Recorder (SSCVR) applicable to the C-5, C-17 and C-130 Aircraft as a Sole Source effort using Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures. Items/quantities are as follows:

This procurement action is for a single procurement action.The proposed acquisition will be contracted sole source to L-3 Aviation, Products, 100 Cattlemen Road, Sarasota, FL,34232-6346, CAGE: 06141, pursuant to 10 USC 23049(c)(1). Detail data/drawings are not available from the procuring activity. Required Delivery is to be accomplished by Feb 2020.

IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency
As Note 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
