United States - Solicitation for HVAC Maintenance Services

Description

Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCL) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Scheduled preventative maintenance services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) on pages 14 through 17, and pricing submitted via the Attachment A - Pricing Sheet.
Pricing is required for a 12-month base period, and four (4) 12-month option periods.
Anticipated Period of Performance:
Base Period: 09/01/2024 - 08/31/2025
Option Period I: 09/01/2025 - 08/31/2026
Option Period II: 09/01/2026 – 08/31/2027
Option Period III: 09/01/2027 – 08/31/2028
Option Period IV: 09/01/2028 – 08/31/2029

An all-inclusive Firm-Fixed Price Task Order will be made to the contractor whose proposal represents the Best Value to the Government. The Government intends to make one award from responses received.
