Description

The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of solar collector installations, photovoltaic installations, biomass boilers and heat pumps in the Borzytuchom Municipality, which is carried out under the project "Investment of renewable energy sources in the Borzytuchom, Czarna Dąbrówka and Tuchomie Municipalities".Note: The material scope of the subject matter of the contract in this procedure covers only the supply and installation of the RES installation realized for the needs of one of the project partners, i.e. Borzytuchom Municipality (it does not cover supply and installation of the RES installation realized for the needs of Czarna Dąbrówka and Tuchomie municipalities).
1) delivery and installation of solar collector systems in Borzytuchom Municipality, including:1) delivery and installation based on the technical documentation of 121 sets of solar collector systems with a structure adjusted to the place of installation, including:- 92 sets, each consisting of 2 flat-plate collectors and a tank for min. 250 l., - 26 sets, each consisting of 3 flat-plate collectors and a min. storage tank. 350 l.,b) mounted on the roofs of private households:- 2 sets, each consisting of 2 flat-plate collectors and a min. storage tank. 250 l.,- 1 set consisting of 3 flat-plate collectors and a min. storage tank. 350 l.,2) installation of pipelines with insulation,3) installation of control and measurement fittings,4) installation of a solar tank,5) start-up and commissioning and commissioning of the system,6) training of the system user in the use of the solar set,7) providing the user with instructions on how to use the solar set.4.1. 1) delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in the Borzytuchom Municipality, including:- 1) delivery and installation based on the technical documentation of 42 sets of photovoltaic installations with a structure adapted to the place of installation, including:- a) mounted on the roofs of residential buildings of natural persons:- 8 sets, each consisting of 12 photovoltaic panels of total power min. 3 kWp,- 9 sets, each consisting of 16 pieces of photovoltaic panels of total power min. 4 kWp,- 9 sets, each consisting of 20 pieces of photovoltaic panels of total power min. 5 kWp,- 5 sets, each consisting of 16 photovoltaic panels with a total power of min. 4 kWp,- 4 sets, each consisting of 20 pieces of photovoltaic panels of total power min. 3 sets, each consisting of 16 photovoltaic panels with a total power of min. 4 kWp,- 2 sets, each consisting of 20 pieces of photovoltaic panels of total power min. 5 kWp,d) mounted on the ground at public buildings:- 1 set consisting of 72 photovoltaic panels of total power min. 18.43 kWp (SUW in Borzytuchom),- 1 set consisting of 100 pieces of photovoltaic panels of total power min. 25.6 kWp (Sewage Treatment Plant in Borzytuchom),2) installation of devices controlling the operation of the modules,3) arrangement of cables in prepared cable trays,4) installation of inverters,5) installation of RPV AC and RPV DC switchgears,6) electrical connection of RPV DC switchgears with inverters,7) electrical connection of RPV AC switchgears with inverters,8) installation of a set of grounding installation elements and a system for equalizing the difference of electrical potentials9) execution of the system from data acquisition,10) electrical measurements of the entire system,11) measurements of photovoltaic systems (checking the functioning of individual strings),12) trial start-up of the entire installation after connecting it to the distribution network,13) training of the Investor's employees on the operation and maintenance of the photovoltaic system and monitoring system and possible cases of improper operation of the installation,14) as-built inventory,15) notification of readiness of the photovoltaic system to be connected to the distribution network.2Detailed scope of work (Description of the subject matter of the contract) is contained in Annex 1.2 to the ToR (part 2 of the contract - photovoltaic installations). 1) delivery and installation of biomass-fired boilers in Borzytuchom Municipality, including:1) delivery and installation on the basis of the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 19 biomass-fired boilers in residential buildings of natural persons, including:a) 5 units of nominal output - min. 12 kW, b) 6 units of nominal output - min. 16 kW,c) 5 pcs. of nominal output - min. 24 kW,d) 3 units of nominal power - min. 28 kW,2) disassembly of the existing boiler (the disassembled boiler is at the disposal of the facility owner),3) installation of a flue pipe to the chimney,4) installation of system protection,5) connection of the boiler to the central heating system,6) connection of the boiler to the hot water system.u,7) installation of circulating pumps,8) installation of a control and regulation system,9) testing, testing and start-up of biomass boiler house installations,10) restoration of any damaged surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or disturbed as a result of installation installation installation,11) training of users on the principles of proper operation of the installed biomass boiler together with preparation of detailed operating manuals and their submission to users.2Detailed scope of work (Description of the subject of the Order) is included in Appendix 1.3 to the ToR (part 3 of the Order - biomass boilers). 1) supply and installation of heat pumps on the territory of Borzytuchom Municipality, including:1) supply and installation on the basis of technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 11 units of air heat pumps used for preparation of hot water and central heating in residential buildings of natural persons, including:a) 5 units with minimum power of 12 kW,b) 3 units with minimum power of 17.6 kW,c) 3 units with minimum power of 25.6 kW,2) installation of air ducts,3) connection of a hot water heater. (heat pumps) to the existing hot water installation, circulation of hot water and hot water, 4) installation of fittings, devices and other elements according to the technological diagram,5) installation of the control system,6) performance of rinsing and pressure tests of the system,7) filling the system,8) start-up of the system,9) training of users as to the principles of proper operation of the heat pumps for hot water and central heating, together with the development of detailed operating manuals and their handing over to users,10) filling in and sealing the losses after cable transitions, making the cables of cold, hot water and electric water systems necessary for connection with the designed system.2Detailed scope of work (Description of the subject of the Order) is included in Appendix 1.4 to the ToR (part 4 of the order - heat pumps).
