Description
The subject matter of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic and solar collectors and biomass boilers in the Sosnówka municipality. The order is carried out under the project entitled "RES in Sosnówka municipality" co-funded by the EU under the Regional Operational Programme for the Lubelskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020, priority axis 4 "Environmentally friendly energy", activity 4.1 "Support for the use of RES".The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 91 of the PPL Act, shall allow submission of partial offers divided into three parts of the contract: 1) part 1 - supply and installation of photovoltaic cells;2) part 2 - supply and installation of solar collectors;3) part 3 - supply and installation of biomass boilers
The subject of part 1 of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic installation sets in Sosnówka municipality, including among others: 1) supply and installation of 23 photovoltaic installations with a capacity of min. 3,2 kW, in 23 indicated locations;2) supply and installation of 29 photovoltaic installations with a power of min. 4.16 kW, in 29 indicated locations;3) installation made on the basis of photovoltaic modules monocrystalline panels of min. 340 W;4) inverters installed under the contract must have about 1 kW of reserve power, allowing for the connection of additional 1 kW;5) installation of support structures for photovoltaic modules;6) installation of photovoltaic panels on the structure;7) installation of solar wiring between the modules and inverter;8) implementation of the main installation to connect the inverter with the main switchboard of the building;9) installation of RDC circuit switchboard;10) installation of the inverter;11) installation of RAC circuit switchboard;15) preparation of abbreviated as-built documentation for each project participant and complete as-built documentation for the Ordering Party (certificates, warranties, operating instructions, executive designs, set of electrical measurements, set of documents for the meter change, documentation received from the Ordering Party with corrections in red);16) connection to the grid of PGE Dystrybucja S.17) training of users in the proper use of the installations;18) preparation of service manuals containing the necessary information on how to proceed in the event of unexpected errors in the installations;19) programming and commissioning of the installations;20) filling of any defects in walls, ceilings; sealing of roof coverings after the passage of cables;21) other elements included in Annex 8a to SWZ (design documentation) and specimen agreement constituting Annex 7a to SWZ). 2.The Contracting Authority requires that the execution of the installation, within one location will not take longer than 3 consecutive working days.3.The Contractor for each task shall provide a warranty and guarantee for the works performed for a period of not less than 3 years and not more than 5 years from the date of signing by the Contracting Authority and the Contractor of the final acceptance protocol (warranty period constitutes one of the bid evaluation criteria described in Chapter XIX).4 The contract shall be performed, among others, in accordance with the technical documentation constituting Annex/appendices no. 8a to SWZ.5 The equipment, fittings and fixtures installed during the contract execution shall be brand new, consistent with the parameters specified in the technical documentation.6The execution of the subject matter of the contract should be based on the applicable provisions, in particular of the act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1333, as amended), together with executive regulations, by the Contractor having adequate experience, workmanship potential and personnel with adequate experience and qualifications.7Materials used by the Contractor should meet, in terms of quality, the requirements for products allowed for marketing and use in the construction industry, as specified in Article 10 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law.8. 1. The subject matter of part 2 of the contract is the supply and installation of sets of solar power systems in the municipality of Sosnówka, including among others1) a two-colector installation / 200 dm3, 22 sets - installation for 22 locations;2) a three-colector installation / 300 dm3, 6 sets - installation for 6 locations;3) installation of a solar storage tank;4) installation of a glycol system;5) installation of a pumping and control unit;6) installation of a solar storage tank connection to the existing cold water and domestic hot water systems, together with the necessary control and safety fittings, stop fittings, regulating fittings;7) performing tests, examinations and start-ups of the solar system;8) training the users of the solar system;9) delivery and installation, on the basis of the technical documentation constituting Appendix No. 8b to SWZ, of sets of flat solar collectors for the needs of domestic hot water preparation;10) other elements included in Appendix No. 8b to SWZ (design documentation) and the agreement specimen constituting Appendix No. 7b to SWZ.2The Contracting Authority requires that the execution of the installation in one location does not take longer than 3 consecutive working days.3The Contractor for each of the tasks will provide warranty and guarantee for completed works for a period of not less than 3 years and not more than 5 years from the date of signing by the Purchaser and Contractor of the protocol of final acceptance (warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluation of tenders described in Chapter XIX).4 The contract should be performed in accordance with the technical documentation constituting Annex No. 8b to the SWZ.5 Equipment, fittings and fixtures installed in the course of the contract must be brand new, consistent with the parameters specified in the technical documentation.6The execution of the subject matter of the contract should be based on the applicable provisions, in particular of the act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1333, as amended) along with executive regulations, by the Contractor having adequate experience, executive potential and personnel with appropriate experience and qualifications.7Materials used by the Contractor should meet, in terms of quality, the requirements for products allowed for marketing and use in the construction industry, as specified in Article 10 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law.8. 1. The subject of part 3 of the contract is the supply and installation of biomass boilers in the community of Sosnówka, including among others:1) supply and installation of 5 pieces of biomass boilers with a capacity of 20 kW, installation for 5 locations;2) disassembly of the old boiler and elements of the installation to be replaced (handing over to the owner);3) installation of the boiler, fittings and equipment, thermal insulation of piping in accordance with technical documentation; applicable legal, construction and technical conditions;4) installation of a control system;5) installation of a flue pipe with a cleanout and connection of the boiler to the existing chimney flue;6) connection of the boiler to the existing central heating installation.o., s.w, 6) connecting the boiler to the existing central heating, water and hot utility water installations within the room where the boiler is installed to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the installation in the automatic mode in accordance with the technical documentation;7) flushing, pressure testing of the installation, filling, de-aeration and start-up of the installation;8) providing the user with instructions and training in the proper and safe operation of the installation and its maintenance;9) completing and sealing the defects in the passages of the ducts;10) start-up and participation in the technical acceptance of the installation;11) prior to the installation of the boiler, it is recommended to establish the conditions for its installation in the indicated location, min. 11) before installing the boiler, it is advisable to determine the conditions of installation in a given location, including the location of the pelt tank and other relevant parameters of the installation12) delivery to the Contracting Authority of a protocol of boiler room acceptance; training and delivery of documentation confirmed by the user;13) other elements included in Annex No. 8c to SWZ (design documentation) and the contract template constituting Annex No. 7c to SWZ.2The Contractor for each task shall provide warranty and guarantee for the performed works for the period not shorter than 3 years and not longer than 5 years from the date of signing by the Ordering Party and Contractor of the final acceptance protocol (warranty period constitutes one of the bid evaluation criteria described in chapter XIX).4.Equipment, fittings and fixtures installed during the execution of the order shall be brand new, compliant with the parameters specified in the technical documentation.6.The execution of the subject matter of the contract should be based on applicable regulations, in particular the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1333, as amended) along with executive regulations, by the Contractor having adequate experience, executive potential and personnel with adequate experience and qualifications.7Materials used by the Contractor should meet, in terms of quality, the requirements for products allowed for marketing and use in the construction industry, as specified in Article 10 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law.8.
