Description

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of a solar collector system and preparation of technical documentation, which includes in particular: 1) delivery and installation of 161 sets of solar collectors together with a structure adapted to the installation site, including: a) 69 solar systems composed of 2 units of solar collectors, b) 86 solar systems composed of 3 units of solar collectors, c) 5 solar systems composed of 4 units of solar collectors, d) 1 solar system composed of 5 units of solar collectors, e) preparation of 161 as-built technical documentation, f) as-built storage tanks, e) 161 as-built technical documentation, f) as-built storage tanks.W.U,g) solar-pumping group with solar fluid,h) controller,i) voltage maintenance system,j) monitoring and metering of the installation,k) thermal and technical insulation of the installation,l) system protection,m) thermostatic valve bypass,n) tests, tests and start-ups of the solar collector installation,o) completion of at least the original state of the installation passages,p) training of users as to the principles of proper operation of the solar collector installation together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transfer to the users.2The order also includes the design and implementation of a special website (portal) - a website.3 The detailed scope of the order is specified in the Terms of Reference and appendices.4 All equipment, fittings and accessories must be new and meet the requirements of the technical documentation.5 When installing solar collector systems, the contractor must cooperate with the contractor installing the heat pumps or photovoltaic system - if the installation is carried out at the same time.6 In addition, it must be ensured that the existing domestic hot water heating system works in conjunction with the solar collector system.7The technical documentation referred to in item 1 above includes in particular: a) the Contractor's as-built documentation based on typical designs of solar collector installations, in accordance with the regulations and applicable Polish and European standards, rules of technical knowledge and preceded by consultations and arrangements with the Contracting Authority, b) the Contractor's obtaining, on behalf of the owner of the property, all the required opinions and design arrangements within the scope resulting from the regulations, if separate regulations impose such an obligation.
