Description

1.2 The subject matter of the contract shall include in particular the delivery and installation of installations of brand new equipment, i.e. flat-plate solar collectors (64 installations), vacuum solar collectors (86 installations), photovoltaic panels (125 installations), heat pumps (77 installations), class 5 biomass boilers (13 installations) in the commune of Baligród, the district of Lesko, Podkarpackie voivodeship and the implementation and implementation of the Energy Management System from Renewable Energy Sources (hereinafter referred to as RES) for 10% of the installations, including among others: 1.2.1 drawing up (prior to installation) a protocol of assembly arrangements with the resident for each installation,1.2.2 installation of solar collectors,1.2.3 installation of photovoltaic modules together with a supporting structure appropriate for the place of installation (on the roof or, if necessary, on the ground),1.2.4 installation of a heat pump,1.2.5 installation of a biomass boiler,1.2.6 arrangement of the area after the completion of works,1.2.7 training of users and providing the Ordering Party with a report on the conducted training, specifying what was the subject of the training,1.2.8 preparation and handing over of the user manual to the users,1.2.9 preparation of as-built documentation for each installation,1.2.10 installation at 10% of the users (selected in agreement with the Ordering Party) of the energy management system (hereinafter referred to as the WEU), which will visualise in real time the operation of solar collectors, photovoltaic panels, heat pumps and pellet boilers. The system should be unmanned, collecting the operating parameters of the installation and transmitting them to the database by means of a modem via radio transmission. The system is to monitor the correct operation of the system and alert in case of errors, as well as monitor and calculate the amount of energy obtained from RES.1.3 The Contractor shall agree at least a week in advance with the Principal and the owners of particular properties the date of commencement of works and the location of equipment on each facility respectively. The organisation of work must take account of the specific nature of the site and the resulting constraints. The works should be organized in such a way that the inconvenience of the performed works is the least and ensures safety for the residents of the property.1.4 All materials, products and equipment intended for the performance of the order must be brand new, of the highest possible quality, free from factory defects, with current required approvals, certificates and declarations of conformity. They must be covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty. Before commencing the acceptance of deliveries with assembly, the Contractor shall present to the Ordering Party, together with as-built documentation, protocols on the proper execution of the order, certificates or attestations on the materials used and warranty cards of the equipment. Documents in a foreign language should be submitted together with a translation into Polish.1.5 The assembly, installation and connection of devices being the subject of the order by an authorized installer, who will guarantee the correct implementation of the project, installation and operation of the installation while ensuring the safety of installation operation and cooperation with the power grid is the responsibility of the Contractor.1.6 The Contractor is obliged to perform all the tests and checks, as well as the first start-up, so as to commission the fully ready-made installations for use.1.7 A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in attachment no. 1 to this specification, which includes: technical description of installation of photovoltaic systems, technical description of installation of solar systems based on flat-plate solar collectors, technical description of installation of solar systems based on vacuum solar collectors, technical description of installation of heat pumps for the purpose of heating hot water and technical description of installation of pellet boilers of 12 kW, 20 kW, 30 kW with necessary equipment.1.8 During the performance of the task, the place, location and installation of the systems in question may change.
