The purpose of this European restricted tender is to arrive at a framework agreement with two Contractors for the provision of preliminary and exploratory soil investigations into the PFAS hotspots in GelderlandThis Contract will be awarded to the Tenderer who submits the most economically advantageous Tender, being the best price/quality ratio.By means of this tendering procedure the Province of Gelderland wishes:The preparation, execution and reporting of historical (NEN 5725) and/or exploratory (NEN 5740) environmental soil investigations for the presence of PFAS in the soil and/or groundwater on the basis of Further Orders.
The preparation, execution and reporting, on the basis of Further Orders, of preliminary (NEN 5725) and/or exploratory (NEN 5740) environmental soil investigations for the presence of PFAS in the soil and/or groundwater.Based on the current assumptions and preliminary investigation list, the costs for the (limited) preliminary and exploratory investigations are estimated at € 500,000.00 (euro). This therefore amounts to € 250,000.00 (euro) per framework contractor. The minimum and maximum research costs within the current project are estimated at € 300,000.00 and € 700,000.00 (euro) respectively (€ 150,000.00 and 300,000.00 (euro) per framework contractor). Considering the schedule (study results 150 exploratory studies available within 1 year), it was decided to divide the Further Contracts proportionally among two framework contractors. Within these framework agreements, Further assignments will be carried out in phases, so that new knowledge and insights can be anticipated.
