Description: This contract is a framework agreement with the following mission:- the management of the excavated land;- the determination of the number of samples to be taken in accordance with the requirements of the Reference Guide to Land Management (GRGT) and the Walloon Compendium of Sampling and Analysis Methods (CWEA);- the taking of samples by a registered sampler or an expert in accordance with the GRGT;- the analyses by an approved laboratory within the meaning of the Soil Decree;- the drafting of a report containing the results of the geotechnical campaign and preliminary studies;- the drafting and supply of a Soil Quality Report (RQT) by the expert;- sending it to the Walterre monitoring body;- follow-up until the CCQT is obtained;- identification of the materials in place and geotechnical tests;- road box coring;- plate tests;- penetrometer;- detection of tar in hydrocarbons;- seismic tests;- tomography;- destructive and non-destructive drilling.Framework agreement for the characterization of land evacuated in the context of communal drainage works in the province of Namur.1 year & renewable three times.
