Description

Soil investigation services - 2 lots The aim of this contract is to provide Côte d'azur Habitat with optimum control of geotechnical and soil pollution risks, enabling it to rapidly assess the feasibility and suitability of a development or real estate project. The services covered by this contract are carried out on Côte d'Azur Habitat's (Cah) existing properties or real estate and development projects. The area of intervention is the entire Alpes-Maritimes department (06), including communes in the hinterland. The consultation is launched according to the open tender procedure in application of article L.2124-2 of order no. 2018-1074 of November 26, 2018 of the Code de la Commande Publique and articles R.2124-1 and R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to 5 of decree no. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018 of the Code de la Commande Publique.The consultation is broken down into two lots
geotechnical engineering missions.Multi-awarded (awarded to several economic operators) framework agreement with purchase orders for intellectual services, with Unit Price Schedule, with no minimum amount and a maximum annual contractual amount of 168,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT).The framework agreement is multi-awarded. At the end of the present consultation, a maximum of three service providers will be selected. When a requirement arises, the service provider responsible for executing the purchase order will be chosen from among these three service providers, using the "cascade" method described in the CCAP. The assignments covered by this lot must determine the risks of soil, groundwater and soil gas contamination. Framework agreement with purchase orders for intellectual services, multiawarded (awarded to several economic operators), with Unit Price Schedule, with no minimum amount and an annual contractual maximum amount of 182,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). The Framework Agreement is multi-awarded. At the end of the present consultation, a maximum of three service providers will be selected. When a requirement arises, the service provider responsible for executing the purchase order will be chosen from among these three service providers, using the "cascade" method described in the CCAP.
