Description
Foundation testing of approx. 120 buildings in the damage area along the Almelo - de Haandrik canal.
Foundation testing of approx. 80 - 120 buildings. No rights can be derived from these numbers. In practice it may involve slightly more or less buildings. The research has to make clear if foundation improvement is necessary for future proof repair of settlement damage to a building. The product to be delivered is a report in which a clear conclusion about this is included. The report therefore has two possible outcomes: foundation improvement is or is not necessary with a view to futureproof restoration of subsidence damage. The report complies with the guidelines drawn up by the sector association F30 (Organisatie Onafhankelijk Onderzoek Funderingen).
