Description
Digdir needs a case management system in order to receive and respond to user enquiries that currently come into resident-oriented user-support for the ID port and Altinn, or to other internal help-desks and email addresses serviced by multiple caseworkers in the Directorate. We do not need a complete CRM system. We are not building a customer base, but respond primarily to individual enquiries.The need and requirements for the delivery is further described in the appendices attached under ‘documents’ in Mercell.Digdir currently uses the case management system eRequest from Innovit. The contract with Innovit expires on 01.07.2022. It is important for Digdir that there is a new contract by 01.06.2022.
Duration:Three (3) years with an option to extend for one year + one year.Estimated contract value:Between NOK 2.5 million - NOK 4.0 million excluding VAT. A cost-estimate has been carried out based on the current system. The estimate includes establishment costs, operational costs, licenses and annual change requests. It has been taken into account that multiple environments in Digdir receiving general user-enquiries on email can use the case management system during the contract period.
