Description

On the one hand, the contractor provides the BAG with fixed scope of services in the area of further development and, on the other hand, with further development services as well as services for the service and support of the CIS if required on the basis of a separate order. The client assumes that the latter will cause an expenditure of approx. 4,900 person days over the term of the contract. This does not constitute an obligation to award individual contracts in accordance with Part B and Part C of the Specifications:- Part A - Further Development PackagesThe contractor is required to design specific further development projects on the basis of the requirements described in the Specifications or to implement further development projects already designed in the CIS. The further development packages therefore include the preparation of rough and detailed concepts as well as the implementation of the adjustments to the CIS described in an existing detailed concept.- Part B - Continuous further development of the CISThe contractor will further develop the CIS to the extent specified by the FOPH on request and provide services in the field of rough and detailed design as well as the implementation of adjustments to the CIS.- Part C - Service, support and assistance services on demandThe contractor will provide services in the field of service and assistance for the CIS in order to guarantee the ongoing operation of the CIS in the further future. In addition, the contractor provides support services for the FOPH, which can be called upon for example in the areas of requirements management, implementation design, test and commissioning support.
