Description

(1) Development of a fully functional digital pinboard along the lines of Padlet, TaskCards or Planka without a payment barrier in accordance with MIKA's CI concept (see https://mika.foraus.de and Appendix 1, CI concept). A monetization strategy is not currently being considered. The realization with an existing open source solution is also conceivable, provided that the adaptation takes into account the wishes of the client (BIBB), among others. The use should be possible via desktop as well as via smartphones and/or tablets.(2) Acquisition and setup of a domain, e.g. mika-do.de or mikado.de or leando.mikado.de. The acquisition of this domain is part of the contract.(3) Programming of an interface (API) for the import of feedback on tasks in MIKA-Do into the existing ILIAS system and there into the corresponding standardized course template according to the defined role scenarios on the MIKA campus (participants of MIKA seminars and MIKA trainers). The accesses will be made available to the contractor after the award of contract.(4) Connection and optimization of the software for interoperable use of MIKA-Do with other (web) offers with applications and or services of BIBB (leando.de) yet to be developed. If necessary, a connector for an individual interface is to be programmed here.(5) Possibility of embedding/linking MIKA-Do in all common learning management systems, e.g. as an object and/or tile. (6) Connection of MIKA-Do to the SSO interface (Keycloak) for extended user administration on the already existing MIKA-Campus (https://mika.foraus.de). The different role and usage scenarios of the ILIAS system have to be considered. The cross-system identification of users is based on the role concept defined on the MIKA campus. This will be made available to the client after the award of contract.(7) Development of a responsive mobile version of the digital pinboard, without restriction of all functions according to the CI concept of MIKA (cf. https://mika.foraus.de and Appendix 1, CI concept).(8) Technical consulting and support for the optimization of the software until the end of the project term (05/2025).(9) Additional features: Realization of an intelligent search to provide users with suitable suggestions for already existing learning and work tasks. Possibility of keyword, topic, occupation and industry search. Case study learning and work tasks can be easily found and made available for editing (OER). The learning and work tasks created by users should (also) be publicly accessible and editable by third parties. In addition, individual digital media (e.g. videos or quizzes) should also be able to be tagged so that they can be further processed or used unprocessed if necessary.(10) Preparation and, if necessary, implementation of a prospective interface to the leando.de portal to ensure the migration of learning and work tasks and/or digital media as OER. The digital contents are to be tagged with the help of keywords and/or catchwords in order to ensure findability.(11) MIKA-Do is to be optimized for finding in search engines (SEO).2.2) Optional serviceAs an optional service and, if necessary, additional work that cannot be described in detail at this point in time, further technical, content-related or graphic work to be defined at a later point in time will be added. This work will amount to a maximum of 50 daily rates.
