Description

The subject of the order is the purchase of licenses and updating of navigation documentation necessary for the performance of air operations by the Air Ambulance, divided into tasks. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in attachments No. 2A (Task No. 1), 2B (Task No. 2), 2C (Task No. 3), 2D (Task No. 4), 2E (Task No. 5), 2F (Task No. 6) and 2G (Task No. 7) to the SWZ.
1) Navigational approach card databases for the area covering Europe (VFR) and (Worldwide) IFR, with updates.2) Navigational approach card databases for the area covering Europe (VFR) and Europe, Mediterranean Basin, North Africa, Eastern Europe, Central Europe and Middle East (IFR), with updates.3) Navigational approach card databases for the area covering Eastern Europe and Germany (VFR) and IFR, with updates.4) A flight planning program for, at a minimum, imaging of aerodrome plans, approach and departure charts, navigation information, frequencies, airspace division, meteo information, NOTAM dispatches, and other aeronautical data for areas in accordance with (1), (2), (3).5) A VFR flight planning program for use as an aid to planning and navigation in VFR flights. 1) NavData database for P180 Piaggio Avanti aircraft (Universal Avionics) with magnetic declination update.2) NavData database and IFIS maps for P180 Piaggio Avanti II aircraft (Rockwell Collins) with magnetic declination update.3) EGPWS and magnetic declination system for P180 Piaggio Avanti II aircraft. 1) Database of navigation and magnetic declination, intended for EC 135 P2+ helicopters covering the area contained in the polygon with the following coordinates: 54N05E, 57N25E, 47N06E, 47N25E.2) Database of obstacles covering the area of Poland on helicopters EC 135 P2+ and P3 and in the simulator FTD-EC135P2+ Level 3.3) Database of navigation data covering the area of Poland and neighboring countries on helicopters EC 135 P2+ and P3 and in the simulator FTD-EC135P2+ Level 3.4) Maps compatible with aircraft avionics built on EC 135 P2+ , EC 135 P3, flight simulator FTD-EC135P2+ Level 3 and PC, covering the territory of Poland, taking into account the current corrections of magnetic declination. Navigational database in ARINC 424-16 format cooperating with the simulator EC 135 FTD-EC135P2+ Level 3 for the area covering the territory of Poland. Databases for 4 EC 135 P3 helicopters equipped with Dual GTN Series 750 devices.Moving Map simulator software for PC, reflecting Moving Map avionics of in-service EC 135 helicopters in P2+ and P3 versions. 1) Databases for Garmin GTN 650 NavData, Obstacle, SafeTaxi, BaseMap, Terrain, Electronic Charts, Airport Directory with access for 4 iPad/PC devices and in a format compatible with Garmin GTN 650 for 2 Robinson R44 Raven II helicopters, for an area covering Europe (Poland and neighboring countries excluding Belarus and Ukraine).2) NavData, Terrain databases for Aspen Avionics EFD500 equipment, for 2 Robinson R44 Raven II helicopters, for the area covering International terrain.3) NavData databases, Terrain for Aspen Avionics EFD1000 equipment, for 2 Robinson R44 Raven II helicopters, for the area covering International terrain. NavData, Airport Directory, Basemap, Obstacles, SafeTaxi, Terrain, Electronic Charts databases including IFR and VFR approach charts in Garmin G5000 compatible format for 2 LearJet 75 Liberty aircraft, for the Worldwide coverage area.
