Description

Within the scope of the subject matter of the contract, the Economic Operator shall:1) transfer the ownership to the Awarding Entity and deliver the software; 2) ensure that the Awarding Entity is granted a non-exclusive license for an indefinite period of time to use the software; 3) provide technical support for the software from the date of concluding the contract until 11.9.2021 and provide relevant documents confirming the right to use the technical support and update service for the software by the Awarding Entity; 4) implement the software on the server indicated by the Awarding Entity; 5) provide post-implementation documentation.2A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the draft contract (Annex 1 to the ToR).
1. Within the scope of the subject matter of the contract the Economic Operator shall:1) transfer the ownership to the Contracting Authority and provide the software:a) OpManager Professional - perpetual license for 100 devices;b) Exchange Reporter Plus Professional - perpetual license for 1000 mailboxes;c) Desktop Central Multi - Language UEM Secure Gateway addon, perpetual license;d) Desktop Central Multi - Language UEM - perpetual license for 600 devices;e) ServiceDesk Plus Multi - Language Professional - perpetual license for 5 technicians;f) ServiceDesk Plus Multi - Language Professional - perpetual licence for the Service Catalogue; g) ServiceDesk Plus Multi - Language Professional - perpetual licence for the CMDB database - hereinafter referred to as the "Software" - or equivalent solution; 2) ensure that non-exclusive licences for an indefinite period of time are granted to the Awarding Entity to use the Software; 3) provide technical support for the Software from the date of conclusion of the agreement to 11.9.2021 and provide relevant documents confirming the right to use the technical support and update service for the software by the Contracting Authority;4) implement the software on the server indicated by the Contracting Authority;5) provide post-implementation documentation.2A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the draft contract (Annex 1 to the ToR).
