Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of devices and software to build a Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) for automation of the virtualization platform, LAN and WAN at the Customer's premises. The procedure is divided into 3 parts:1. Part No. 1: Modernization of HPE computing environment in order to build Software Defined Data Centres (SDDC)2. Part No. 2: Delivery of x86 servers to the Customer's Site (OZG) as part of the construction of SDDC3. Part No. 3: Delivery of VMware productsA detailed information on the subject matter of the contract is contained in the documentation of the procedure (Specification of essential terms of contract - "ToR" and annexes to the ToR, including specimen contracts), available on the Ordering Party's website https://zamowienia.psgaz.pl/, public procedure No. 2020/W001/WP-002786.
The subject matter of the Order, within the scope of part no. 1, is the modernization of Hewlett Packard Enterprise's computing module infrastructure in the locations of Tarnów and Zabrze. The subject matter of the contract includes the delivery of 26 dual-processor computing modules equipped with Intel Xeon Gold processors (13 for the Tarnów and 13 for the Zabrze locations) and the delivery of 6 HPE Synergy Frame 12000 enclosures forming 2 logical enclosures (2x3) - one logical enclosure each for the Tarnów and Zabrze locations. The Ordering Party allows for an equivalent solution to the basic solution. The equivalent solution must meet the requirements for technical and operational parameters specified by the Ordering Party. A contractor who invokes an equivalent solution shall be obliged to demonstrate that the offered solution meets all requirements of the Awarding Entity;3. a detailed description of the subject matter of the Contract, including requirements for an equivalent solution, has been specified in Annex 1.1. to To ToR.4. the subject matter of the Contract must meet the requirements specified in the ToR. In order to confirm compliance with these requirements, at the Contracting Authority's request, the Economic Operator shall submit the documents indicated in item 1.1.1 of the ToR. Detailed rules for performance of the subject matter of the contract are specified in the model contract for part 1, constituting Annex 7.1. to To ToR. The subject matter of the Order for Lot No. 2 is the supply of 17 dual-processor x86 servers equipped with Intel Xeon Gold processors for 17 Branch Offices (basic solution), working for the needs of SDDC construction; the offered servers should integrate with the Dell OpenManage or HPE OneView2 server management solution owned by the Employer. The Purchaser shall allow for an equivalent solution to the basic solution. The equivalent solution must meet the technical and operational requirements specified by the Purchaser. An economic operator who invokes an equivalent solution shall be obliged to demonstrate that the offered solution meets all requirements of the Awarding Entity.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Contract, including the requirements for an equivalent solution, has been specified in Annex 1.2. to To ToR.4. The subject matter of the contract must meet the requirements specified in the ToR. For the purpose of confirming compliance with these requirements, at the Contracting Authority's request, the Economic Operator shall submit the documents indicated in item 1.2. of the ToR. Rules for performance of the subject matter of the contract are specified in the model contract for part 2, constituting Annex 7.2. to To ToR.
