Description

The subject of the contract shall be, in particular: execution of construction works in the "design and build" mode, consisting in the development of design documentation including comprehensive retrofitting and adaptation of the room of the Forest Education Chamber, taking into account the needs of the disabled (including interior design, multimedia stands and necessary networks, devices and installations), and execution on its basis of works and supplies of equipment - equipment of the Chamber; performing construction works - reconstruction of the bathroom and installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems; preparation of works - applications and software (including applications for multimedia stands) and advertising video material; transfer to the Employer of all copyrights to the developed design documentation, applications and video material, training of Employer's employees in the operation of the supplied equipment and applications.
The Contractor within the realization of the subject of the order is obliged in particular to:1. prepare the design documentation including comprehensive retrofitting and adaptation of the premises of the Forest Education Chamber, together with all necessary studies and arrangements, taking into account the needs of the disabled, hereinafter referred to as the "Design documentation", in the scope described in detail in the ToR, to be accepted by the Contracting Authority, to transfer to the Contracting Authority all author's economic rights and subsidiary author's rights to the prepared Design Documentation, as well as to perform in the Forest Chamber of Education - on the basis of the prepared Design Documentation - deliveries, distribution and installation of equipment, including multimedia stands and deliveries and installations (including launching) of applications and software covered by the order and execution of construction works within the meaning of the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1333; hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Law"), indicated in the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as the "PFU"), in a manner consistent with the ToR; 2. comprehensive performance of construction works within the meaning of the Construction Law consisting in the reconstruction of a bathroom in the building of the Oborniki Forest Inspectorate, taking into account the needs of the disabled, in accordance with the design of the bathroom room constituting Annex 2d to the ToR and to the as-built documentation,3. comprehensive performance of construction works within the meaning of the Construction Law, consisting in the installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems in the building of the Oborniki Forest Inspectorate, in accordance with the design of the air conditioning and ventilation system constituting Annex No. 2e to the ToR and to the as-built documentation,4. creation of the following works within the meaning of the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights (ie Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1231 as amended) and transfer to the Employer the whole of author's economic rights and dependent author's rights to the works, i.e.:1) applications (software), i.e.:a) fifteen (15) job applications for multimedia stands, including the "Virtual Reality" application, described in the "Concept of exposure in the Forest Educational Chamber of the Oborniki Forest District in the Notecka Forest". (hereinafter referred to as the "Concept"), constituting Annex 2a to the ToR; b) the "SIMFOREST" mobile application described in the Concept; c) the application - a guide described in the Concept; d) the application - an audiodescription to the guide; e) the application - the "Exposure Management System". (hereinafter referred to as "RES") as described in the Concept; f) application - projection on the ceiling of the Forest Education Chamber; 2) advertising video material concerning the Forest Education Chamber; 5) training of the Contracting Authority's employees in the scope of operation and use of the supplied and installed hardware, applications and software (including RES).
