Description

The subject matter of the contract is extension of the Central Computer System (CSI) along with delivery of ICT equipment and migration of databases and medical applications at the Zofia Zamoyska Tarnowska Provincial Hospital in Tarnobrzeg, divided into 2 parts - Packages. Package 1 - Delivery of ICT equipment and extension of the Central Computer System (CSI) by a high-performance database cluster and a cluster of application environment, together with the migration of databases and medical applications.Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - OPZ, respectively for Package 1 and Package 2.3. Detailed specification of the required assortment under this contract is contained in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ - Assortment and Price Form, respectively for Package 1 and Package 2.4.
Package 1 - Delivery of ICT equipment and extension of the Central Information System (CSI) by a high-performance database cluster and an application environment cluster, together with the migration of databases and medical applications.2.Detailed specification of the required assortment for the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex 3 to SWZ - Assortment and Price Form.4 The parameters of the standard indicated by the Ordering Party present the technical, operational, utility, functional conditions and other features essential for the subject matter of the contract, whereas the brand or trade name indicated specifies the class of the product and not a particular manufacturer. The contractor may offer equivalent products on condition that they have no worse technical parameters than those described and specified in the SWZ. 5. The terms indicating trademarks, trade names, patent or origin of the subject matter of the contract should be read together with the words "or equivalent". The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to use solutions equivalent to those indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract. The Economic Operator who in his offer will refer to the use of equivalent solutions is obliged to prove that the software licenses and solutions offered by him meet the requirements defined by the Contracting Authority.6. Equivalence conditions for delivered software and infrastructure have been described in Appendix 1 to SWZ - OPZ.7.
