Supply and implementation of an administrative management software for the activities of the Fundación Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria de Santiago de Compostela.
Supply and implementation of an administrative management software with the capacity to manage, in an integrated way, the economic management, human resources; activities, projects and grants of FIDIS, as well as the management of the knowledge generated by the research groups.The contract includes the acquisition of the software package and its implementation, deployment and integration, parameterization and adaptation to FIDIS management processes, transfer/migration of data from existing platforms and/or digital hosting, the associated maintenance cost, functional consultancy service or software development/adaptations and training of FIDIS users in the use of the modules that concern them.It also includes user management, hosting and management of all software data and functionalities on non-FIDIS servers, in a cloud computing environment, for operational use for the duration of the contract, after completion of installation and commissioning of the software.
