Description

In order to adequately meet the future challenges of digitization in human resources management and to realize the business objectives in this regard, Münchenstift is inviting tenders for the supply of suitable standard software, the necessary adaptation and implementation of the solution, system service with maintenance and support, and the hosting of HCM software. Possible are 3 variants of offers, as described in more detail below, only one offer will be awarded. It is not necessary to decide on a specific variant already in the competition.
The client (AG) currently uses the product Fidelis.Personal from SD Worx GmbH for personnel master data management and payroll accounting as a specialist solution. For the other tasks in the areas of personnel controlling, applicant management, further education and training as well as personnel development, office or isolated solutions are used, which are to be replaced. For the realisation of this tendering strategy 3 solution variants are possible. All applicants / applicant associations (B/BG) have the free choice of which solution variant/s they offer. B/BG can apply for one or more solution variants in the participation competition. In the bidding procedure following the competition, only ONE bid can be submitted for ONE solution variant per applicant or applicant group. The bids for different solution variants are The bids for different solution variants are compared with each other using the evaluation system in the award documents. Only one bid can be awarded, not one bid per solution variant. Solution variant A, complete offer: HCM complete solution, which consists of at least the following elements which are based on a common database and/or exchange or synchronize data in an automated process: Personnel administration; personnel master data administration; payroll accounting; absence administration (illness, vacation, etc.); hiring, change and leaving procedures; certificates; interface to roster and time management; interface to accounting software; interfaces to government agencies; personnel controlling; personnel key figures; forecasts; job planning; management cockpit; monthly evaluations and financial controlling; personnel management; job advertisement; applicant management; further education management; personnel development / performance management. Solution Variant B, Personnel Controlling and Personnel Management: Personnel controlling and personnel management solution consisting of at least the following elements, which are based on a common database and/or exchange or synchronize data in an automated procedure. Solution variant B also has an interface to the client's existing personnel management system Fidelis.Personal from SD Worx GmbH. A complete personnel administration, in particular with payroll accounting, is not included. Individual elements of this (such as entry and change procedures) may be included, but are not relevant for solution B (they remain neutral in terms of value). Personnel Controlling; Personnel Key Figures; Forecasts; Job Planning; Management Cockpit; Monthly Evaluations and Financial Controlling; Personnel Management; Job Posting; Applicant Management; Advanced Training Management; Personnel Development / Performance Management. Solution Variant C, Personnel Management: Personnel management solution consisting of at least the following elements, which are based on a common database and/or exchange or synchronize data in an automated process, as well as an interface to the existing personnel management system Fidelis.Personal of SD Worx GmbH. A complete personnel administration system, in particular with payroll accounting, is not included. Individual elements of it (such as an entry and change procedure) may be included, but remain neutral in terms of value when choosing solution variant C. Likewise, it does not include a complete personnel controlling system. Individual elements of this (such as, for example, a position planning) can be contained, but are not relevant if solution variant C is chosen (they remain value-neutral).
