Description

The full scope of contract performance is included in the Description of the Object of Contract, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the ToR1.. Implementation shall include, in particular, the following sub-stages:a) signing of the agreement together with defining implementation priorities for individual implementation modules by the Contracting Authority, b) appointment of task forces for individual modules, c) pre-implementation analysis - analysis may be divided into several stages resulting from the Contracting Authority's priorities, d) partial acceptance of pre-implementation analysis together with the implementation design and schedule, e) implementation of individual modules, f) implementation of OLAP cubes for individual modules,g) module acceptance protocol, protocol does not start the warranty period for a given module, h) OLAP cubes acceptance protocol for individual modules, i) ZSI acceptance protocol for the whole ZSI, start of warranty period for the system as a whole, j) analysis of the Ordering Party's requirements for additional OLAP cubes, k) implementation of additional OLAP cubes, l) protocol on acceptance of additional OLAP cubes, m) user training, n) final acceptance protocol for a complete ZSI.2 Maintenance services: The Contractor shall provide maintenance services, in particular in the scope:a) update to new versions of ZSI software in accordance with the license held by the Contracting Authority, b) parameterisation, i.e. adjustment of ZSI to the specificity and requirements of the Contracting Authority with respect to standard ZSI structures and algorithms, c) installation consisting in moving or launching ZSI at a location indicated by the Contracting Authority,d) legal update, i.e. introducing to the PFIC version in operation by the Awarding Entity such modifications, which result from changes in the provisions of law in the scope of the Awarding Entity's activities, e) giving consultations in solving the Awarding Entity's substantive problems related to the operation of PFIC, f) assisting in the implementation of the PFIC, i.e. performing operator activities in the system together with ZSI users,g) instructions, i.e. h) making the telephone number and e-mail available to the Ordering Party between 8:00-16:00 on business days under which the Contractor provides operator's advice on the day-to-day use of ZSI, i) importing and exporting data, i.e. sending data between the database operated before ZSI and the external environment at the request of the Contracting Authority, j) data transfer understood as the introduction of necessary changes in the format of data files (table structures), k) repairs involving the removal of malfunctions of ZSI resulting in the occurrence of errors leading to data loss or preventing the use of ZSI in accordance with the documentation of system operation.3Other terms and conditions of order execution are specified in the model contract - appendix no. 9 to the ToR.
