Øvre Eiker Municipality invites tenderers to a contest for software for a digital record of substances and products.
The contracting authority needs to work systematically to reduce the risk connected to the use of chemicals, increase the quality of, and make HSE work more efficient in the municipality.The aim of the procurement can be summed up in the following way:— give users access to health and safety information;— give a basis for mapping and assessing risk, particularly as regards the substances' hazardous qualities and risk-reducing measures;— document the entity's deposits and storage of substances that are injurious to health;— phase out the use of the most hazardous substances (substitution obligation);— ensure the safest possible use and storage of hazardous substances.The contracting authority would like access to software via the Internet as a SaaS (Software as a Service). The software will be used by the municipality's employees.All municipal employees who will use the system must be able to log on with their user identity (Single Sign On) that they have in the municipality, without the user having to type a new user name and password for the electronic record of substances and products. This means that in the municipality's Citrix system it must be possible to open the programme via a link to the programme or via a short cut on the desk top in Citrix, which takes the user directly into the system.The contracting authority would like prices for setting up SSO in the contracting authority's identity tenderer (Microsoft AD). Groups and access for the municipality's employees who have access to Citrix, as well as the required federation is included in the assignment. Set up of SSO including the required federation is a unilateral option from the contracting authority's side.In addition, it must be possible for other interested parties or employees who do not have access to Citrix to log on with a normal password in the system.Tenderers must offer telephone help between 9.00-15.00 on weekdays for super-users.
