Description

The Landesstelle für die nichtstaatlichen Museen in Bayern (hereinafter: Landesstelle) is looking for a suitable company for the further development of the project fabulAPP, which offers a sustainable and up-to-date overall model, according to which: - either the existing CMS system is to be further developed and operated (option 1) - or a change is made to a new system, whereby- existing CMS system components are partially reused (option 2),- or a change is made to a completely new system environment (option 3).The Landesstelle will decide on the most economical option.With the fabulAPP construction kit, the Landesstelle offers museums eligible for funding by it the opportunity to implement mobile applications free of charge. In addition to comprehensive workshop modules and close consultation by the Landesstelle, the museums are provided with software with which apps can be generated and generally published in the common app stores (GooglePlaystore and Apple AppStore). In the basic version, fabulAPP can play out texts, images, audios and videos, generate guide lines and make other information available. The aim of the award procedure is the conclusion of a framework contract for 4 years with a qualified bidder for the maintenance of the modular system as a service contract as well as individual service packages on the basis of a contract for work and services. For this purpose, the Landesstelle intends to hold a call for tenders, followed by a pitch for the direct comparison of the most suitable three participants and then a negotiated procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement.
