Description

The material scope of the contract includes the implementation of the necessary tasks contributing to the development of electronic systems of communication with citizens and systems supporting the functioning of public administration in the City of Gniezno.The project provides for the implementation of new e-services and IT solutions in the field of decision-making and management support (among others.The project provides for implementation of new public services and IT solutions in the field of decision-making and management support (among others: Public Procurement Platform integrated with Electronic Document Management, Electronic Document Management for 3 organizational units of the city, implementation of domain systems in the Gniezno City Hall and 4 organizational units), integration of currently used software with new systems planned for implementation within the framework of the project, as well as migration and configuration of the system to the new version of the database necessary for the implementation of the e-services system, as well as training courses for employees, all of which will constitute an Integrated System for the provision of e-services.
Delivery and installation of new IT equipment (e.g. virtualization servers, disk array, UPS, rack, NAS disk array, UTM for the City Hall and UTMs for organizational units) necessary for the operation of domain systems, databases, virtual platform and functional modules owned by the Employer or implemented under the Project, as well as the supply and installation of operating, office and backup software, Subject of the contract :a) delivery and implementation of new e-services and domain systems in order to create the ZSŚeU, enabling cooperation between ICT systems used by the Ordering Party and subordinate organizational units (m.including document flow system, domain systems), integration of currently used software with new systems and data migration,b) delivery of equipment (inventory collectors),c) training of the Employer's employees in the field of digital competence of the implemented electronic public services within the framework of the ZSŚeU.
