Description
The IT Services (ID) operates a helpdesk for students at the University of Bern. It was decided to strengthen the helpdesk, convert it into a service desk and reduce duplication. In particular, the ticket systems are to be standardised and adapted to the new requirements. The decision for the product "ServiceNow" as a future ITSM tool was made in advance in a standardized and multi-stage internal evaluation procedure. a local product and license partner based in Switzerland for the ID platform "ServiceNow" is required as a basic prerequisite for the implementation of the requirements on the product/platform "ServiceNow" - in accordance with the ID catalogue of requirements for ITSM implementation and the specific implementation requirements of the university libraries (UB) - external implementation/integrator support is required as a service for the implementation of the requirements on the product/platform "ServiceNow".
