Description

The assignment relates to the provision and implementation of a SaaS service for education and exam scheduling, so that the functionality is available via the Internet, without having to use, for example, remote desktop or other similar solutions. This SaaS service includes management, support and further development. The new functionality must be standard and user-friendly and must support current and future timetabling processes appropriately, not customised. The UvA wants future updates and renewals to be controlled and predictable. Links that ensure that timetables can be used in other systems (e.g. SIS) can be managed and developed by the ICT services department.

The new functionality must be standard, user-friendly and must adequately support current scheduling processes, but must also be flexible to support changes in scheduling processes, - the UvA is not looking for a custom solution, - the UvA wants future updates and renewals to be controlled and predictable.
