Description
The contractor must provide the following services (hereinafter also referred to as: the solution): One-off: - taking care of the implementation of the civil affairs application: (installation and set-up in accordance with the plan of action to be provided), - the civil affairs application must support the following core tasks: - personal information/identity management, - providing documents: travel documents, driving licences, excerpts and VOG, - civil status: e.g. birth, marriage and death, - nationality: all activities that the organisation carries out in processes involve nationality. File creation with standard models, -- Web forms (E-services):(a) copy of the civil status deed; (b) restriction of the provision of information (confidentiality); (c) proof of being alive; (d) proof of Dutch citizenship; (e) emigration; (f) notification of marriage; (g) death; (h) BRP extract; (i) moving within the municipality; (j) moving within the municipality; (f) loss of the travel document; (g) intended marriage; (h) changing the use of the name; (i) research; (j) all work involved in the research.- the provision, on the basis of access rights, of all the components/modules of the civil affairs application needed by users for the performance of the above core tasks, - the provision of working links between the civil affairs application offered and the purchasing and supplying systems in accordance with the required standards (see also interfaces and architecture), - migration/conversion of the current datasets of the three municipalities, including history, - including all the necessary training, - implementation plan in accordance with Article 5 of GIBIT. Annual; maintenance and support. In accordance with GIBIT (articles 8.3 and 8.9) this means: - corrective maintenance,- preventive maintenance,- innovative maintenance,- user support,- timely compliance with relevant legislation and regulations,-continued to comply with agreed interoperability requirements,- timely compliance with new versions of Municipal ICT quality standards by means of updates and upgrades.the contract is concluded for the initial term of 4 years. The agreement also offers the possibility to extend this 3 times by 2 years, after which it ends by operation of law. The expected starting date of the agreement is 1.2.2020.
