Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide a solution for analysing the digital user experience on the ecosystem of the private individual market on the private individual site (particulier.edf.fr, travaux.edf.fr and e.quilibre) and the EDF & MOI mobile application. This solution should enable EDF to pilot and evaluate:- the relevance of digital paths;- the relevance of editorial content;- the relevance of its advertising and digital marketing actions;- the contribution of these different elements to the achievement of the company's commercial objectives.The software enables analyses to be carried out in order to understand how customers consume the paths and content (actions on a page, mouse path, use of scroll, time spent before clicking, hesitation when filling in the form, etc.), and to restore them in a simple and accessible way.The CCTP, attached to RFI no. 088112 of EDF's e-purchasing platform, describes the services expected.
The purpose of this contract is to provide a SaaS solution for analysing the digital user experience on the ecosystem of the private individual market on the private individual site (particulier.edf.fr, travaux.edf.fr and e.quilibre) and the EDF & MOI mobile application.As part of the continuous improvement of the user experience and in order to optimize the conversion on the subscription paths on the individual customer site and the EDF&MOI mobile application, the management of the individual customer market wants to use a digital user experience analysis solution.The improvement of customer knowledge (conversion/click rates, customer effort score, customer satisfaction) and the adoption of the agile methodology within the retail market management is now pushing the retail market management to be extremely attentive and proactive to the behaviour of Internet users on the retail website and on the EDF & MOI application.This solution should enable EDF to pilot and evaluate:- the relevance of digital paths;- the relevance of editorial content;- the relevance of its advertising and digital marketing actions;- the contribution of these different elements to the achievement of the company's commercial objectives;- to better prioritize path optimizations and developments, based on the analysis of user behavior;- to better exploit analysis data;- to test less but better by analyzing more precisely the behavior of users on the pages.The digital user experience analysis solution makes it possible to:- collect data on 100% of traffic in real time;- be autonomous in the configuration of the pages/paths on which the sales department wishes to focus;- have intuitive and highly visual reports on the behaviour of Internet users (actions on a page, mouse movements, use of scroll, time spent before clicking, hesitations when filling in a form, etc.).The activities and/or services expected are:- the provision and implementation of a service;- the hosting of the company's data;- a right to use the services;- the interconnection with the company's information system;- a set of services including service maintenance, technical assistance, support, training and reversibility.In particular:- to make available by the holder an analysis service offer with specific functionalities for the analysis of the user experience in digital;- to make available to the company and its partners a technical and functional support in French in order to respond to user requests;- to train the users, to parameterize the software package and to use the analysis reports;- provide the UX analysis platform and the associated console(s);- provide training in French for the handling of the software package;- provide advanced training for a few referents per department;- train console users;- provide assistance (telephone, email, website).The number of licenses and page views/visits below is given as an indication and does not represent a commitment on the part of the company;- a license for the mobile application with a volume of visits ranging from 300,000,000 to 500,000,000;- a license for sites with a volume of page views ranging from 4,000,000,000 to 6,000,000,000.The CCTP, attached to RFI No. 088112, describes the services expected.
