Description
The service must enable the company to meet the requirements of the NCB with the following objectives:- to inform on-call agents at home of an incident at a Nuclear Power Plant (NPP),- to inform on-call agents at home of an incident.The solution provides:- a planning tool to manage the PUI and technical on-call schedule,-- management of the agents' files,-- management of the on-call shift planning,-- management of the agents' replacements,-- edition of the on-call schedule,-- a call automaton to send messages to the PUI on-call staff,-- management of alerts,-- log diagram of the triggers,-- acknowledgement of the on-call agents,-- alerts (on different media),-- reports.
