The Municipality of Maastricht is currently using a software program to perform analyses of the technical and traffic performance of the traffic control installations (VRIs) and this is no longer being maintained and needs to be replaced.
The Municipality of Maastricht currently uses the software program 'Kwaliteitscentrale' to perform analyses of the technical and traffic performance of the traffic control installations (VRIs). Within the framework of "Life Cycle Management" of this Quality Control Center, the current contractor has announced that as of a certain moment no more maintenance will be carried out on this application.Because the Municipality of Maastricht attaches great importance to the fact that the systems to be used are up to date, remain and are maintained, this proclamation is reason to look for an alternative for the Quality Control Center.The aim of the Principal is to conclude one (1) Agreement with one (1) entrepreneur (Contractor) for the duration of six (6) years for the provision of this Analysetool VRI data in accordance with the most recent laws and regulations of the Dutch government, in combination with the agreement between Principal and Contractor.
