Description
KVK is looking for a new HRM application that will help realise the ambition to make life easier for entrepreneurs through information and advice. KVK is convinced that optimal support from an HRM system contributes to achieving that ambition. With the expiry of the agreement with the current supplier of personnel administration and payroll processing as of 31.12.2021, KVK seizes this opportunity to enter into a strategic partnership with a party that will work together with KVK to meet the challenges of the coming years. In addition, KVK strives for a simpler IT landscape with greater integration and coherence of (HRM) functionalities. The aim of this tender is the delivery, implementation and maintenance of an HRM system based on Software as a Service (SaaS).
KVK is looking for a new HRM application that will help realise the ambition to make life easier for entrepreneurs through information and advice. KVK is convinced that optimal support from an HRM system will help achieve that ambition. KVK will put out the tender for the purchase, implementation and maintenance of an HRM system for its own employees and external parties hired by KVK. In total, approximately 1,900 colleagues will be involved, including approximately 1,600 internal employees and approximately 300 external parties. KVK employs approx. 85 managers and 50 HRM professionals, while the current HRM application supports personnel administration and salary processing. In addition to this solution, a number of SaaS applications are used, among other things for recruitment and selection and development management.
