Description

As part of this urban logistics project for retailers and e-merchants, the Business Development Department of La Poste's parcel post services branch (BSCC) wishes to equip several urban warehouses (with a surface area of between 400 and 2,000 m) with an agile warehouse management solution (WMS) that also incorporates the functionalities of a transport management solution (TMS). La Poste is looking for a market IT solution: - in "SaaS" mode, - a reference in this field and used if possible by several companies with similar needs to La Poste, - which ideally allows mobile warehouse operations (Android) to be carried out, - which in particular allows all tasks associated with the management and monitoring of warehouse operations (WMS) and transport operations (TMS) to be carried out and monitored. The IT solution sought should make it possible to manage: - several sites/warehouses in Paris and the surrounding region (from 2 to 10 or more), each capable of managing several customers, - up to 10,000 references per customer, - several transport service providers (from 4 to 8) from each warehouse, - several hundred returns produced per day on each warehouse (as well as subsequent reinstatement into stock, if necessary), - around twenty users of the solution per site. For information, candidates are already informed that the consultation will include the production of a demonstrator. The modalities for the realization of this demonstrator will be defined in the specifications that will be sent to the candidates selected for pre-selection. Applicants are informed that participation in this consultation will not result in the payment of an allowance. The equipment (tablets, screens,...) necessary to operate the solution is not part of this consultation. The equipment will be provided by La Poste. The processing of La Poste's data, including hosting, must be located within the European Union, a country in the European Economic Area, a country recognised as adequate by the European Union or with a company that is a member of the Privacy Shield. The consultation package to be sent to the selected service providers will specify the elements related to this requirement.
