Description
Operation of the shared accommodation Langenort 10 in the Hanseatic and university town of Rostock. The shared accommodation has a capacity of 278 persons. The persons accommodated are asylum seekers, former asylum seekers with toleration and other foreign refugees of different nations, home management and home administration, social care, support of the client in granting basic services, non-profit activities, security and order (no guarding), keeping attendance lists, ongoing maintenance and repair of the building including repairs to the furnishings and equipment (load limit max. 16,500 EUR per year).
