Research, Evaluation, Player Communications, Training, Policy, and Technical Services

OLG is seeking to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) Roster for Social Responsibility (SR) Research; Evaluation; Policy Development & Technical Writing; Responsible Gambling (RG) and Player Communications; and Training Development & Implementation services (the “Services”). The Vendor(s) are to provide OLG with services which the RG team will be able to access on as-needed basis.

The Vendor(s) may be required to assist in the following Service Categories of RG:

Service Categories (SC)
1.  Research
2.  Evaluation
3.  Policy Development and Technical Writing
4.  Responsible Gambling and Player Communications
5.  Training Development & Implementation

The VOR Vendor(s) will enter into a three (3) year contract with an option to renew for an additional two (2) year term (1+1). OLG makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work that may be assigned Vendors for this VOR Roster.

Note: Respondents have the option to participate in all and/or any combination of the five Service Categories described in Schedule D of the RFP (Technical Submission Requirements) and are not required to apply to deliver services where they do not have expertise or capabilities.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
