The purpose of the contract is the execution of the home teleassistance service, in its basic and advanced modalities, in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Technical Specifications. The individualized attention will be based on the person-centered model that allows the users, through a specific communications system, to have a permanent and uninterrupted attention service, which acts not only in emergency or social need situations, but also in a preventive, proactive and predictive way according to the established protocols and programs.This service includes complementary technological support, inside or outside the home, as well as the interconnection with the analytical management platform to be developed by the Community of Madrid, through processes and protocols of action depending on the situation of need of care detected. For this purpose, it has professionals with specialized training.
