Description

The service to be awarded comprises the independent planning and implementation of all winter services in the public area of BER Airport, including all measures for the removal of ice and snow, for de-icing and the necessary quality controls to be carried out by the contractor. The basis for this is the traffic safety obligation and the street cleaning ordinance (StrRS) of the Schönefeld municipality as well as the service description of the client.The service will be awarded in 2 lots:Lot 1 - public area - BER Airport, southern partLot 2 - public area - BER Airport, northern partThe services are weather-dependent, during ongoing traffic and all day, i.e. during the operating hours of the airport. The services are to be performed independently for each lot from 01.11. to 31.03. (or in the winter season) during the term of the contract.
Independent performance of winter services (ice and snow removal, gritting measures, snow removal) in the public area of the BER, on municipal areas (roads, squares, footpaths and cycle paths, depots, entrances). The services are to be performed independently, depending on the weather, during the operating hours of the airport (from 5.00 a.m. to midnight), during ongoing traffic (pedestrians, vehicles) and at night (before the start of flight operations at 5.00 a.m.).The machines or vehicles and equipment to be used by the service provider on footpaths and cycle paths must not exceed a maximum permissible total weight of 3.5 t.The scope of services includes:Approx. 477 110 m2 of roads/roadways, footpaths and cycle paths, car parks, entrance areas and bus stopsIn addition, quality controls are to be carried out and documented. Independent performance of winter services (ice and snow removal, gritting measures, snow removal) in the public area (landside) of the northern section (areas of the "old Schönefeld airport") and on the connecting road from the B 96 a to the BER site, on municipal areas (roads, squares, footpaths and cycle paths, service yards, entrances). The services are to be carried out independently depending on the weather, with ongoing traffic (pedestrians, vehicles) throughout the day or before the start of the general working hours (7.00 am to 8.00 pm). The vehicles and equipment to be used by the service provider on footpaths and cycle paths must not exceed a maximum permissible total weight of 3.5 t.The scope of services includes:Approx. 170,540 m2 of roads/roadways, footpaths and cycle paths, car parks, entrance areas and bus stopsIn addition, quality controls are to be carried out and documented.
