Winter road clearance and grey area cleaning on the public and non-public areas of a federal property in Bautzen:A) Winter road clearance:- Winter road clearance public,- machine 630 m2 According to the statutes,- non-public,- hand 150 m2 Mo to Sun as well as on holidays, winter road clearance must be guaranteed around the clock (24 h),- whenever there is a need within this period, the contractor is responsible for the timely start of the clearing and spreading work himself.B) Grey area cleaning:1) Within the scope of cleaning the paved areas that can be walked on and/or driven on (in particular the gray area cleaning) The following work must be carried out:1.1) - surface cleaning, approx. 2,150 m2, 6 x per year, in the courtyard area including rubbish box, dirt trap for rainwater inlets.Foliage clearance: In order to ensure that the area is not obstructed and freely accessible, the Contractor must agree the specific execution date with the User at least 3 working days in advance. Execution period: October to December (14-day).1.2) - Weed removal around the building, approx. 170 m running time, 6 x per year,- in particular path boundaries and eaves strips.1.3) - Fulfilment of the residents' obligations in the walkway area according to the statutes, approx. 630 m2, 52 x per year,- sweeping the walkway and cutting channel, weed removal along the property boundary wall.deciduous clearance:The cleaning extends primarily to the regular sweeping and removal of waste, dirt, weeds, wild plant growth and leaves. Cleaning must be carried out without chemical aids. Visible debris on the edge surfaces must also be removed when cleaning the aforementioned surfaces. In dry, frost-free weather, the object of the contract must be sprinkled with water - if necessary - before sweeping. The resulting rubbish must be disposed of immediately. It may not be swept or dumped in street gutters, city brooks, street sink boxes, open ditches, streams or on cycle paths. The cleaning of grey areas must be carried out in such a way that the obligation to ensure road safety is fulfilled and a danger to the health and life of the users of these areas is excluded. It must be ensured that the non-public accessible and/or passable areas (in particular pedestrian and footpaths, streets, parking areas, garage entrances and ramps, entrances, external staircases, access to hydrants) are cleaned in accordance with the service description and the public areas in accordance with the requirements of the relevant local statutes (in accordance with the award documents for the fulfilment of traffic safety obligations). Green care:1) - Clean plant areas (without loosening), approx. 1 100 m2, 4 x per year,- Flowered/dead plant parts (incl. leaves), foreign growth (weeds/wild growth etc.), waste/garbage and stones over 5 cm in diameter,- Excavate persistent roots (foreign growth),- Execution period: April to October.11 x bark mulch, approx. 1,100 m2, order thickness 5 cm. The Principal shall inform the Contractor in good time (5 working days in advance) if it deems the above measure necessary. The number of times the service had to be performed per year in the past can be found in the corresponding item in the price sheet. This information on the frequency of execution is based on empirical values and serves only to calculate the CO's price. This frequency may vary. There is no obligation on the part of the AG to take delivery in the amount of the specified frequency. The work will be paid for according to the number actually carried out.2) - pruning of shrubs/shrubs/soil-covering planting, approx. 1 100 m2, 4 x per year,- professional preservation and care pruning, cutting of dead wood/damaged/ill branches,- execution period: April to October.3) - contour cutting on hedges, approx. 16 m running, 1 x per year,- professional cutting on all sides to a height of up to approx. 200 cm,- picking up foreign wood vegetation/cuttings,- execution date: April to October.4) Extension option:The following services are currently carried out by the AG's own personnel. In the event that this personnel is no longer available, the Client shall have the opportunity to extend the scope of services of the work to be performed by the Contractor to include such work.4.1) - Utility turf pruning (with trees), approx. 650 m2, 5 x per year,- At the latest from the height of growth of 15 cm, but not below cutting height 5 cm (pruning sequence according to height of growth) incl. edge pruning,- Execution period: May to October.4.1a) Demand power (the following position is only used if required):- Cleaning of lawns (with trees), approx. 650 m2,- Removal of garden waste, weeds and other waste, especially leaves in autumn (in accordance with the tender documents for fulfilment of road safety obligations).
