NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (“Proposals”) from Mold Assessor firms as defined in Section II(2)(n) (the “Proposers”) to provide NYCHA with mold assessment services at various NYCHA development- Citywide, as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the “Services”).The release date of this RFP is April 8, 2024.A non-mandatory Proposers’ conference (“Proposers’ Conference”) will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams on April 15, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy Proposals. The Proposal shall not include embedded documents or proprietary file extensions.
