Germany - Smart Village e.V. is currently building the mobility campus in Klein Glien, a district of Bad Belzig. It is being built on the site of the company Coconat - A Workation Retreat, from which the space, including commercial properties, is being rented.

Smart Village e.V. is currently building the mobility campus in Klein Glien, a district of Bad Belzig. It is being built on the site of the company Coconat - A Workation Retreat, from which the space, including commercial properties, has been rented. The aim is to create a meeting point, a place to work and an innovation center. The future campus is being built on parcel 004, plot 14/167 and comprises an old S-Bahn carriage with terrace and courtyard as well as old chicken coops. The historic S-Bahn carriage stands on a professional track bed. It needs to be repaired, converted and extended in order to be used as a meeting place and workplace. We are looking for a service provider for the services listed in the invitation to tender (see announcement and tender documents on the website https://smart-village.net/ausschreibungen/). A building permit is available.
The old chicken coops and an adjoining garage are to be used as offices in the long term (temporarily as storage rooms). The condition of the existing buildings requires structural measures, but these are not part of this tender.
