Abwasserbeseitigung Weißenfels, a public-law institution, is inviting tenders in an open procedure for a municipal vehicle (combined high-pressure flushing and suction vehicle) for the association's area for the maintenance, cleaning of central sewage systems and the removal of non-flammable liquids and sludge.
Abwasserbeseitigung Weißenfels, a public law institution, is issuing an open invitation to tender for a municipal vehicle (combined high-pressure flushing and suction vehicle) for the area covered by the association for the maintenance and cleaning of central waste water systems and the removal of non-combustible liquids and sludge. The vehicle components, in particular the cubature of the vehicle body, are to be matched to this, whereby a maximum tank volume is to be aimed for. This is to be verified by a weight balance. When calculating the weight balance, a sludge density of max. 1.2 t/m3 must be assumed. The evaluation is based on the assumption that the tank (sludge tank) can be filled up to a maximum of 80 % under normal operating conditions (continuous overflow protection) and that the water chamber is empty at the same time. The position of the bodies on the chassis must be coordinated in such a way that the permissible axle and wheel loads are used but not exceeded. The total height of the vehicle incl. body is to be limited to 3.45 m, due to the existing low garage entrance (clearance height 3.55 m) at the AG. Alternatively, the bidder can/should offer a vehicle with an overall height of max. 3.80 m, due to existing bridges with a clearance height of 4.00 m. The contractor is responsible for the complete assembly and delivery/transfer of the vehicle. Within 4 months after delivery of the chassis and before the final assembly, the body shell will be accepted by the customer in the contractor's factory. All costs associated with this, such as travel/accommodation/meal costs, must be included in the calculation. The complete vehicle (chassis and superstructure) is to be handed over to the client at the sewage treatment plant in Weißenfels in an operational condition (according to StVZO). On the handover date, the contractor must provide a two-day (1 day theory, 1 day practice), intensive instruction of the operating personnel (including test drive). All associated costs, e.g. travel/accommodation/meal costs, must be included in the offer and will not be remunerated separately. The complete vehicle is to be registered and used as a moving machine and the participant is to name service and contract workshops for the chassis and the body, if possible in the immediate vicinity of the AG. The actual distance between the AG and the named service and contract workshops will be evaluated during the evaluation of the offer. For the vehicle, the participants must submit a declaration of assured spare parts supply (at least 10 years) for the chassis and body with the submission of a bid. In addition, the participants are required to submit a declaration of the initial inspection of the vehicle for the tendering procedure.an optional pumping out/pumping device (see LV Pos. 4.3, page 31) is to be offered for the vehicle, which is not to be included in the tender price, but the unit price will be requested.the complete documentation (operating manual) is to be submitted for the vehicle once digitally (CD or USB stick) and once in paper form. The valid proof of certification according to DIN ISO 9001 is to be provided with the submission of the offer. In the event of ambiguities in the performance description, bidders are requested to use the possibility of asking questions via the awarding platform.
