Description

Abwassergesellschaft Halberstadt GmbH operates the Halberstadt sewage treatment plant, address: Wehrstedter Straße 24, 38820 Halberstadt. The sewage sludge produced there is the subject of the award for AWH GmbH. It comprises approx. 1 680 - 2 520 t/OS / year, dry matter content: i. The sewage sludge is to be collected by the contractor in the specified cycle (approx. 2-3 times per week) with the logistics described in more detail in the service description via roll-on/roll-off containers at the specified collection times and is to be recycled / disposed of in accordance with the requirements of the service description. The WAHB operates the following two sewage treatment plants in the association's area as a whole, which are to be considered in the context of the tender:1. sewage treatment plant Silstedt, address: In the acidic meadows 1, 38855 Wernigerode / OT Silstedt2. Rübeland sewage treatment plant, address: Märtensstraße 3b, 38889 Stadt Oberharz am Brocken / OT RübelandAt the Silstedt sewage treatment plant collection point, continuous removal of the mechanically dewatered sewage sludge (on average 23 % OS - TS) must be ensured as continuous removal on working days in swap containers (roll-off containers according to DIN 30722). The estimated future volume range for one year in total is 4,000 - 6,000 t (OS), average 5,000 t (OS), dry matter data: 23 %. The contracting authority is currently examining the conditions for the construction of a digestion plant at the Silstedt site (see below the additional information under II.2.14). The mean quantity value for the operation of a digestion from vss. 2024 will then be around 3,600 t OS/a. At the collection point of the Rübeland sewage treatment plant, the sewage sludge dewatering is carried out by a third party at intervals of approx. 3 weeks. Loading of the swap containers to be provided by the contractor is carried out by the dewatering company as the customer's agent. Continuous removal of mechanically dewatered sewage sludge (on average 23 % OS - TS) at design intervals together with dewatering is to be aimed for. The estimated future quantity range for one year in total is: 1,200 - 1,800 t (OS), dry matter: 23 %. For further details, see the service description. The Trink- und Abwasserverband Börde (TAV Börde) operates the following 3 sewage treatment plants in the area of the association, which are to be considered as collection points in the context of the tender:1. sewage treatment plant Oschersleben, address 39387 Oschersleben, Oesenweg 462. sewage treatment plant Wanzleben, address 39164 Wanzleben, Vor dem Hohen Tor 303. Eilsleben sewage treatment plant, address 39365 Eilsleben, Wormsdorfer StraßeThe sewage sludge is to be collected and recycled or disposed of by the contractor there in accordance with the specifications set out in the service description. 450 tOS are to be collected quarterly at the Oschersleben sewage treatment plant in accordance with the more detailed specifications for collection logistics in the service description. The exact timing of the collection period depends on the dewatering activity of the mobile sludge dewatering centrifuge not owned by the company. For the pick-up period, a suitable wheel loader must be provided by the contractor including a driver who loads the semi-trailers. A sewage sludge digestion plant is expected to be commissioned at the Oschersleben plant by 2023. The collection frequency is expected to change to a weekly rhythm and a quantity of approx. 25-28 tOS/week. The annual quantities are estimated to range from 1,120 tOS/a (minimum when digestion is implemented) to 2,400 tOS/a (estimated maximum with the current initial situation).800-1,200 tOS/a, dry matter: 20-22%, is to be collected from the Wanzleben sewage treatment plant. The required collection logistics are shown in the service description. The containers are loaded by the client using a conveyor belt system. The contractor shall provide the containers. Operational wastewater from a potato processing plant is discharged into the Wanzleben wastewater treatment plant. The sewage sludges are thus subject to the restrictions of § 15 para. 4 of the AbfKlärV, i.e. the application or injection on or into soil with agricultural use for these partial quantities is not possible.at the Eilsleben sewage treatment plant the sewage sludge (simultaneously aerobically stabilised and dried in reed beds) is to be taken from the interim storage facilities there. For this purpose, the contractor shall use a wheel loader and load the semi-trailer to be provided by him. The collection there will probably be required once a year on call. The annual quantity is approx. 640 - 960 t OS/a, dry matter: 20-34 %. The sewage sludge contains plant residues and reed ricomes. For further details see service description. The Trink- und Abwasserzweckverband Vorharz (TAZV Vorharz) operates the following 3 sewage treatment plants in the area of the association, which are to be considered as collection points in the context of the tender:1. sewage treatment plant Blankenburg, address: Westerhäuser Landstraße 13, 38889 Blankenburg (Harz)2. Osterwieck sewage treatment plant, address: In front of the school gate, 38835 Osterwieck3. Dedeleben sewage treatment plant, address: In front of the piers, 38836 DedelebenThe sewage sludge is to be collected by the contractor there in each case in accordance with the specifications of the service description and to be utilised/disposed of.the sewage sludge aerobically stabilised at the Blankenburg sewage treatment plant is dewatered in plant soil polders. The sewage sludge taken by the customer from the soil polders is to be collected by the contractor from the sludge storage site once a year over the period from approx. September to November (by articulated lorry or container) and recycled/disposed of. This annual quantity is estimated at 800 - 1,200 tOS/a, approx. 40 % dry matter. The aerobically stabilised, mobile dewatered (centrifuge) sewage sludge, which is aerobically stabilised at the collection point of the Osterwieck sewage treatment plant, is to be taken over by the contractor approx. every 6-8 weeks in the amount of approx. 100 t OS, distributed over 10 m3 containers, daily quantity approx. 2 - 3 containers, via the containers provided by the dewatering company and to be recycled / disposed of. Similar to the Osterwieck plant, the Dedeleben sewage treatment plant has to collect and recycle/dispose of approx. 70 t of sewage sludge every 6 - 8 weeks according to the dewatering campaign, distributed in 10 m3 containers. For the requirements for collection, collection times and coordination, the specifications for the Osterwieck plant apply accordingly.
