Description
The contract includes the construction of an external sewage system serving the residents of the town: Lednica Górna, Sułków, Zabawa commune Wieliczka. The scope of construction includes a sanitary sewage system consisting of main sewers with accesses to the property and pressure sewers from the designed sewage pumping stations. The project also includes the dismantling and installation of a fire hydrant on the existing water supply system. The ground for the sewage system in the foundation zone of 1.2 - 1.5 m ppt. builds a relatively homogeneous complex of cohesive soils: slightly cohesive and medium cohesive, represented by silty clay and sandy dusts. Generally - up to the depth of 3 m ppt. there are cohesive formations of slope covers. 3. the main collectors of the gravity sewerage system were designed of PVC pipes with a diameter of DN 200 mm. Gravity channels are designed with a minimum gradient of i = 5‰. Designed manhole and canal depressions will help to preserve the freezing zone and avoid collisions with the underground infrastructure. On the designed gravitational sanitary sewer DN 200 mm in diameter, typical through, connecting and cascade manholes with diameters of 1200 mm and 1000 mm concrete and inspection manholes made of plastic with diameters of 600 mm and 425 mm of the project, the minimum permissible pit gradients of 0.5% for DN 200 channels have been adopted. The collectors should be made in trenches with vertical walls in 85% mechanically and 15% manually, with surface drainage, drainage or needle filters. Pressure collectors are designed from PE pipes with diameters of 125 mm, 110 mm, 90 mm. For periodic cleaning of the pipeline, the foundation of concrete inspection wells made on the basis of the DN 1500 concrete well with a blind kinetta was designed. As the end of pressure channels from the designed network sewage pumping stations, the installation of expansion wells built on the basis of PE well DN1000 with a specially formed kinetta was designed. Due to the scope of demolition works, the reconstruction of the surface should be related to the preserved longitudinal and transverse gradient. Surfaces will be played back in the same technology as the existing ones. When carrying out the entire section of work, it should be remembered to prevent contamination of the existing surface on which traffic will take place. The excavated soil must be stored in such a way that it can be reused for the embankment. The order also concerns the execution and start-up in Lednica Górna, Sułków and Zabawa - 11 maintenance-free sewage pumping stations, which will operate in an automatic system, and the operation of the pumps will be controlled by an electronic system cooperating with a sewage level sensor. Transmission of signals about operation and emergency conditions will be carried out via GSM modem. The pumping stations will be supplied from the measurement connections. The pumping station is to be accessed by maneuvering squares to turn around. 5. Material range - 11 pumping stations DN 1500 - 16 987,00 m sanitary sewage system DN200 SN 8 SDR 34, - 2 549,50 m connections of PVC sanitary sewage system DN160 SN 8 SDR 34, - 2 062,00 m pressure pipelines PE DN 90/5,4, - 4 898,00 m pressure pipelines PE DN 110/6,6, - 787,00 m PE pressure pipes DN 125/7,4, - 53 manholes made of DN 425, - 26 manholes made of DN 600, - 31 concrete manholes made of DN 1000, - 116 concrete manholes made of DN 1200.
