Description

The subject order shall include:Development and agreement of project documentation (in particular, construction project, technical project, detailed design) together with obtaining an environmental decision, water supply permit decision and ZRID decision with immediate feasibility and execution of all construction works in accordance with the scope of the order on the basis of project documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, as well as all preparatory works necessary to execute the scope of the agreement and all activities required by applicable laws.A detailed description and method of performance of the contract is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) and the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), which are annexes to the SWZ.
