Main features: this consultation concerns lot 3, which was declared unsuccessful (no applications or bids) by decision of the Institut de France on April 21, 2023, under the initial competitive bidding procedure for framework agreement noac22/6-048. Framework agreement noac22/6-048 was the subject of an initial competitive bidding procedure published respectively on December 13 and 16, 2022 under number 22-160527 in the BOAMP and under number 2022/s 243-701842 in the OJEU. It comprised 6 lots, of which lots 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 were awarded on May 15, 2023. Lot 3, which is being relaunched, is a purchase order agreement with no minimum and a maximum annual amount. Its prices are unitary. It is not divided into phases or tranches. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year from May 15, 2024, or from the date of notification if later. It is renewable twice for a period of 1 year. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is 3 years, including all renewals. A mandatory site visit is included in the tender submission process. There is no provision for additional services or variants.
