Description
The contract is not broken down into lots.The services provided under the framework agreement with purchase orders are performed by issuing successive purchase orders as required. Each purchase order specifies the services described in the framework agreement whose execution is requested, and determines the quantity.The minimum and maximum amounts are:Minimum annual amount excluding VAT: €10,000.00.Maximum annual amount excluding VAT: €350,000.00.The contract is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification.The contract may be renewed 3 times, but its total duration may not exceed 4 years. Renewal is express.
