Germany - SiGeKo safety coordination according to BaustellV and RAB30 during the management at Knappensee

Place of performance: Knappensee

Type and scope of service:

-Establishment of site regulations,

-participation in the safety working group of all those commissioned at the same time,
-preparation of a safety and health protection plan (SiGe-Plan for the

overall construction site according to §2 Abs. 3 BaustellV, and RAB 31),

-intervention in the event of dangerous working conditions,

-compliance with the duties of those involved in construction and supervision

companies according to BaustellV

The services as of 1.1.2023 are subject to the

signing of the agreement negotiated between the federal and state governments.

of the Financing of Ecological Contaminated Sites (VA Contaminated Site Financing)

in the version of January 10, 1995 on the financing of the
