Description

The subject of the order is delivery in the form of an operating lease with an option to purchase one piece of a factory new slow-running two-shaft shredder.2 The shredder will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the expense of the Contractor.3The Contractor is obliged to inform the Customer about the delivery date at least 2 working days before the planned date.4 The Contractor will deliver all documents required by law in Polish for the delivered subject of the contract.5 The Contractor will provide training in the use and operation of the shredder to designated employees of the Customer.6The acceptance of the leased item (machine) shall be performed by a commission composed of authorized representatives of the Ordering Party and the Contractor.7 A document confirming the proper execution of the delivery of the leased item (machine) shall be a receipt protocol signed by the Parties without reservations.8 During the acceptance activities, the Ordering Party shall be entitled to check the compliance of technical parameters of the leased item (machine) with the requirements specified in the ToR, the efficiency of the equipment installed therein and the completeness of the documents provided.9 The Ordering Party shall have the right to refuse to accept the leased item (machine) in the event of failure to meet the delivery date offered in the offer or when the machine does not meet the requirements described in the ToR.
