Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a mobile shredder for large/green waste for the Municipal Waste Neutralisation Plant at 40 Jeżynowa Street, 97-500 Płoszów, POLAND, as part of a project co-financed by the European Union, under the contract for co-financing No. POIS.02..02.00-00-0027/18-00 - task 4 "Purchase of mobile devices for the technological part".The above agreement was concluded under the project called "Construction, extension and modernization of ZUOK in Płoszów" under Measure 2.2. Municipal waste management, priority axis II Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.
Factory new (production year 2020), unused mobile shredder for large/green waste. The device cannot be a prototype and must come from serial production. The shredder must be complete, made to a high standard, slow-running, combustion engine driven, adapted to transport on public roads, equipped with a magnetic separator for metal recovery. The design of the shredder must enable different degrees of shredding to be achieved for individual waste and process requirements (in the range of at least 150 mm to 350 mm), carried out by assembly/disassembly of grates/shaft shredders, which form a screening and shredding element. The shredder must be equipped with an optional system for shredding bio-waste, including green waste.Technical specification: The shredder enables the shredding of, among others: a) bulky waste; b) bio-waste from separate collection, including green waste in bags; c) branches; d) tyres (except industrial tyres); Maximum total weight of the device (DMC): 26 Mg.Operating capacity min. The device is mounted on a wheeled chassis: - at least three axles, approved for use on public roads,- connected to the tractor by means of a 50 mm through-hitch, - equipped with an ABS brake system and road lighting,- equipped with a ball coupling at the end of the drawbar to pull the machine on the square by means of e.g. a ball coupling on the end of the drawbar. Loaders,- equipped with radio control with liquid crystal display showing the current parameters of the machine,- equipped with a hydraulic drive system that will allow the machine to move forward/reverse during its operation.Diesel engine equipment:- with a power min. 300 kW, - meeting the EU exhaust gas emission standards, - guaranteeing start-up at temperatures down to -25o C, - equipped with a fuel tank protected against unauthorized access.Shredding chamber has: - maximum loading height up to 3 200 mm, - minimum loading width from 3 500 mm, - is equipped with one shredding shaft and shredding comb, which is located along the axis of the machine and together form the basis for shredding waste. Shredding shaft: - has a length of at least 3 000 mm, - has a diameter of at least 600 mm, - has a rotational speed up to 40 rpm,- The transmission of drive to the shaft is carried out by means of a gearbox with overload protection or hydraulic on both sides of the shaft.comb equipped with exchangeable shredding knives.machine equipped with a set of indicators indicating at least: - fuel level,- number of hours worked from the beginning of operation,- speed of the engine crankshaft.machine equipped with fractional ejection conveyors after shredding: lower and rear.The bottom conveyor located under the shredding shaft allows you to: - turn on the reverse of the belt during operation of the machine, - infinitely variable adjustment of the speed of the feeder belt. The rear conveyor has: - belt with transverse ribs to the axis of the feeder for easy transport of material to the heap, - infinitely variable speed of the feeder belt, - adjustable discharge height.The machine enables adjustment of the discharge height of the conveyor from the control panel in manual mode and from the remote control in operating mode. The machine is equipped with a magnetic over-belt separator with adjustable distance from the belt, active width of the separator min. The machine is equipped with: emergency stop at critical points of the machine and a system to shut down the machine when it is overloaded, a set of necessary tools.Maximum sound power level of the shredder up to 117 dB(A).
