The present public call for proposals includes the production of 6 short films (each approx. 90-100 sec.) for the University of Mainz. The project will offer the conception, shooting and postproduction of six short explanatory clips for the department "Interface School/Higher Education" at the University of Mainz. It should be able to be shown on the website, on the social media channels of Mainz University of Applied Sciences, as well as at trade fairs and in schools.
The aim of the clips is to inform prospective students (mainly) pupils about the courses of study at the university. On the one hand, we want to give an idea of the study contents and the everyday life of the university by means of statements from students, and on the other hand, we want to present the spatial surroundings and the atmosphere of the university. For this reason, filming is also to be carried out at the three locations of the university and events as well as workshops and laboratories will be shown. An "image-film impression" is to be avoided, but a nice atmosphere that makes the university attractive for interested people is to be created.
The Mainz University of Applied Sciences acquires the rights of use for the final cut of the film. It can be assumed that the shooting will take 10 days. The film format should be at least Full-HD with the option of 4K. In addition, the film should be barrier-free and have English subtitles.
For the detailed specifications, please refer to the tender dossier (see point h) of the notice of competition),
