Description

the purpose of this contract is to store and route documents on behalf of the central administration of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, the Ministry of Territorial Cohesion and Relations with Local Authorities and the Ministry of the Sea (ministerial division)
the incumbent - ensures the routing and storage of variable quantities of documents, belonging to the various services of the ministerial pole in optimal conditions of security and preservation of the stored items - receives the documents which will be delivered by various service providers, ensures the unloading if necessary, the storage and/or the distribution provides printing (on request), finishing, enveloping, packaging, routing and delivery of documents under the conditions listed below; - provides all types of deliveries and collections on behalf of the ministerial division, including under exceptional conditions of deadlines and routing constraints; - provides mailing, merging and address validity verification services. It also provides a courier service; - implements a simple system enabling the various departments to consult their stocks in real time
